Anthony Galloway Jr., a Morehouse Man, has spent about half of his life working in the field of childcare and education. He’s been a summer camp counselor, a classroom aide, an afterschool tutor, and a college mentor. His most recent experiences include serving as a staff member at a Sudbury school and prior to that, being a Montessori preschool associate. His passion has been to start a school for self-directed learning where he can enjoy facilitating the learning process in a fun and meaningful context.
Julia Cordero has worked with students of all ages in different settings over the past 20 years. She directed the elementary afterschool program at Paideia for seven years where the focus was on social-emotional learning. She co-directed a youth program for teens in video production at Atlanta’s public access television station. She’s taught video production in elementary, junior high and high school at a local Atlanta private school. She completed her B.A. at Goddard College, a self-directed learning institution where students design their own curriculum. She double-majored in Video Production Education and Race Studies in Children.
